We needed to ship a car from Virginia to California and were on a very tight schedule to have the car picked up. We were told the car would be picked up between 1 and 10 days from the day we signed with Magic Carpet. After waiting 5 days with no word from Magic Carpet we called to check on the status of a transport truck and were told the truck would be at our location in 3 days. The truck did show up as promised. The driver was very professional. We did have a communication problem due to his heavy accent. We did have to pick the car up in California at a location 20 minutes from the final destination for the car. Our only complains were not being contacted by Magic Carpet to let us know a transport truck had been secured and to let us know the date the car would be picked up, we had to call them to get the information. Our overall experience was good.
