First, they always answered the phone during their business hours with a live rep. To me that is really important. If the first operator couldn't answer a question, I was always passed to someone who could, without prompting.

Second, from reading a lot of reviews, I knew I probably wouldn't hear anything until one or two days before pickup. But as soon as Kathy had a driver, she called and we had 4 days notice, which helped.

They also called several times to make sure the pickup happened as well as the delivery.

Really good service, especially for a business that has a lot of fly-by-night operators. I would recommend them and use them again.
