I requested some quotes to ship my SUV from NY to WA, and ended up placing my order with one company. When Trevon called me regarding my quote with Magic Carpet, I told him I already was working with another agency.
A couple of days later, my contact person still had not made any progress. Trevon went out of his way, without a proper order and deposit, he was still working on my case, and notified me that he had found a driver that could take my car. Too bad that driver filled up his truck the very next day, I didn't get to reply fast enough.
With the other company, my contact person was slow with response, never informed me with any update, instead I had to call him every two or three days.
I tended to talk to Trevon more about my case, he let me know what was going on even on the day without any new driver found. I really appreciate his effort and was hoping to make a deal through him.
Right about the time I was going to cancel my order at the other company, that contact person called me and said he got a driver at the price I quoted for. (The truth is, he posted my case, the truck driver saw it and called him first. I highly doubt he did any work to negotiate with any driver about my order during the entire week I waited).
I shipped my car with that company at the end. However, Trevon was very considerable and professional about what he does at Magic Carpet.
If I ever need to ship a car, I will contact you-Trevon.
