Don was very easy to reach and was prompt to return phone calls. I booked transport to New York over the 4 of July weekend, after a week I called to ask if we could change the pick up location to maybe get this booked. Don did and got an immediate response, however I was not able to take the car to that location for pick up. Don "Magically" arranged for another truck to come to my home and pick up the car for an additonal fee. The driver was on time for the pick up, and Don keep me informed along the way. The car arrived a few days late, the cars are loaded in order of delivery and the person before us was not available for several hours so our delivery was delayed. The car arrived with no damage, thanks Don for helping with the arrangements, you made it easy and stress free!

Don@magiccarpetautotransport.com / Direct 360-975-3346 Thank you Sonia, having some flexibility on both sides makes working thru some of the complications of transporting a vehicle less stressful for ALL. We needed to put a few extra bends in the plan on this transport, but at the end of the day the vehicle was delivered and your daughter has her beloved transportation.
