When I first started setting this up it was a little frustrating due to no storage on the receiveing end. I was told from pick-up to drop off would be ten days, so I had to adjust my pick up date and have a friend drop off the keys with the driver. Kathy was very helpful with the set up. One thing that I learned after this was that the truck pick up is not set up until after payment. I was not sure when my jeep was being picked up. Once the truck hired it went smooth until it was time for drop off. I was contacted on a Friday, that my Jeep whould be here on Sat afternoon or Sunday and I would need to have a Cashiers check or money order. The lady that called did not keep in mind the time difference from Washington and Virginia. I got the call at 8:30 at nightand was a little fuzzy from sleep. I got a cashiers check with the wrong name on it Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon I talked to the lady again and we worked thru the money situation between Saturday and Sunday. I received my Jeep on Monday morning. A little ruff on a few points , but, all in all a good expierence.
