Even though there as a one day delay and not very pleasant phone conversation with the carrier, the delivery was OK. I had to pick up the car from a close by location since the GPS of the carrier couldn't find the address or at least the driver said so. Kathy was very helpful and kind. She handled the delay situation very professionally. Overal I am satisfied with the service. I would use it again.
