Magic Carpet did the best they could to get a driver in my area. The communication lines were open through much of the process, and they were available to answer questions. The timing is something that can be improved, but that is in control of the driver. There is a possibility that I would use Magic Carpet again. Overall good service and they are knowledgeable people.
