Kathy was very friendly and polite. When initially contacted we discussed the quote. However I would have appreciated more follow up and communication regarding my order. I had to call and ask her several times when my car was going to be picked up. she then became more active in communicating with me about the status of the order. In addition when the car was supposed to be deliverd on the 9th, three days passed with no call. It was not a big deal for me because we have another car, but I would have appreciated a quick call or email to let me know when/where the car was. When I called her, again she was very polite and helpful. She called the company. The car came the next day. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommed Magic Carpet.
