Very thankful for Magic Auto Transport

So I originally got several quotes for auto transports and was very unsure after a mix of reviews I read about the auto transport process. I had no choice and needed to ship my car. At first I went with a company, whom I will not name, that promised to have my car shipped out in time. After numerous phone calls and no answer after several days I decided to hire Magic Carpet instead. I spoke with Stephanie and explained the situation, I needed my car to be shipped asap. She was very realistic with time frames (1-10 days to get my car picked up, and 3-4 days for delivery once it was picked up), she did not give me any false hope it would get there faster than it might. Only 2 hours after booking I had received a phone call that a transport was on their way. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! They picked up my car the same day, and it was delivered (Texas to California) in 4 days. Magic Transport has excellent customer service. But I will let you know that the trucker I worked with was a little difficult, he was not very flexible on the times he could deliver. I think that is to be expected and was not a big deal. After the transport was booked I did not speak to Stephanie but if I needed something I'm sure she would of taken care of it. I would definitely use Magic Carpet again. My car was delivered with no problems/issues. There are a lot of mixed reviews about the process, but you just have to trust the company you hire. This was my first auto transport and in the future if I need an auto transport I won't hesitate to call Stephanie at Magic Carpet Auto Transport.
