The service was overall pretty good. I did have to call a few times to get info that was supposed to be emailed to me. Would like to have had better communication from customer service side being that it was first time using a transport service. Also was disappointed when quote given to me was $75 more than original quote when they told me that they found a driver for my vehicle. At that point I just wanted to get the car delivered rather than dealing with a new service which may do the same thing. I would use again but would be a little smarter with the whole process.
