called don for shipping set it up for p/u and delivery at one price waited 6 days and then said 100 dollars more for delivery.fine set it up car was pickup but while loading car the car slide off ramps and scraped underbody and nothing said about it .found out from owner of car. when car delivered no wheel chalk or setting of working emergency brake!!!!!!!!!! car rowed off truck smashing into a tree. with 6000 dollars damaged.I thought the broker checked out the trucking companies the use.All would have been avoided if the brake was set or a wheel chalk would have been used.I thought that would be standard procedure and i not a trucker.

Russell, I took pride in finding you a carrier and at as close to our quoted price as possible; a quote is as accurrate as it can be at time of order and you had the choice to approve or deny this transport. We had used this carrier many times previously and all delivery's were on time with no issues. It is unfortunate that this accident occured, but you are fully insured for this damage with no deductible, this may not have been the case with other means of transport.
