The driver was late in picking up the car due to a mechanical issue on his part and this delay caused me to rearrange times on both side of the process; annoying but nothing I could not recover from with a bit of explaining to my friend who was waiting for the pickup and my boss when it arrived.
Once the driver did arrive with the car in California, 2-days early I might add, I was more than pleasantly suprised. I have dealt with OTR truckers before and this driver team was first rate. No damage to the car, truck and trailer looked brand new and they were apologetic for the original delay.
Overall a good process.
