Hi there, to start with I would like to say that I had shipped across the U.S. in the past with another company that asks for payment in advance, and although I got my car delivered I was afraid the whole time and was having hard time contacting customer service. NOW this time I decided to go on transportreviews.com and go with the highest rated and thats Magic Carpet. That was a very smart decision. I called, and the customer service representative (Kathy) answered she was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She explained that I pay nothing until the car is picked, which is cool, and gave a price that was in range of what I expected and comparable to other companies. Since my car was being picked from Oregon, and since its not a busy route I was told that pick up might be delayed in order to find a driver and that I was looking at 7-14 days window of pick up and for delivery 5-7 days. You can imagine the surprise when I got a call from Kathy two hours after I decided to go with them saying that a driver was found, and pick up would be tomorrow. and although I was expecting my car in 5-7 days. I got it in 3. Now one thing worth mentioning during those brief 5 days period I must have called customer service a dozen times, just me being paranoid, and every single time I got an answer from a person not a machine and never felt not welcomed. I definitely recommend this company and next time I need this service I am not going to bother calling another company
