Bad Choice of Choosing Magic Carpet

It is the worst choice of choosing Magic Carpet to deliver my car, which is so frustrating. Until right now I still do not know it is the problem of this company or my primary contact person-Michelle. Here is my story. I told this lady in advance clearly that I needed my car to be picked up on the 6th or 7th. But she assigned the pick-up date on the 8th, which would not work for me at all (I am flying to the destination state that day). I called and she simply explained to me that the requirement was not in the system. Then she told me she would keep looking for dispatches for me and would give me a call back. Trust me, I held my anxiety and waited the whole 6th and 7th for her good news and even was comprised of the pick-up date. However, she never gave me a call after that. Instead, I called her several times without getting anything helpful. Today she even told me my car would not be delivered on time, which was the first requirement in our contract!!! In the whole process, I do not think the company keeps the customer's interest in mind. To cancel this order will be my first thing to do tomorrow. (The price can also go up after they find you a driver.)

Jackie, I am sorry there was such a big misunderstanding on what your needs were and what we put in the order. We always make the best effort possible to meet any and all dates a customer requests. However, our dispatches that we do get are always estimates. Unfortunately in this industry there are no guarantees. I always tell my speciific customers that and I am sorry you felt cheated on this transport. I wish you the best. Michelle
