This was my first time using an auto transport service so I had a fair amount of apprehension. I went with Magic Carpet Auto Transport based on their high ratings on this website. My point of contact was Mr. Don Treece who did an excellent job in explaining the process for me. He was very prompt in returning my phone calls and kept me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. I highly recommend him as a customer service agent.

My vehicle was prompty delivered after it was picked up with no issues. The price for the service was very reasonable when compared to other auto carriers.

In summary, I would use Magic Carpet Auto again without hesitation for their excellent service.
