Crystal was very helpful and knowledgable about. Other than the first driver not showing up, it was a smooth transaction. Crystal was on the ball and found another tranporter to pick up my vehciles and this driver kept in touch with me and showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. The only thing I found negative in the dealings with Magic Carpet is that once Crystal left for the day the other staff had no idea what was going on and was not helpful in the least. Crystal would always return my calls the next morning.
