My experience with magic carpet was overall very good. They found me a driver who picked up and delivered my car on time. I had a very short window of availability, so I actually contacted Magic Carpet almost a month prior to the window. I had to call 4~5 days before to make sure that a driver was found and that my car could actually be picked up during that time. It would be much much better if I could be updated instead of having to initiate the communication as if I had to remind them to schedule a truck for me.
