it is my first time to give review on a service provided but I can not let this go because it is one of the worst service I ever had & nothing went well.

I called the magic transport 1-2 weeks in advance to transport my car from Michigan to California. Price was good for $700. Then he was not able to find me a driver in time & kept postponing. Car was supposed to be picked on Tuesday & finally emailed me that there is a driver to pick it on Sunday for $750 which I agree. then driver never showed up on Sunday. Said driver cancelled & it is not his fault ?!
So he emailed me saying that according to the contract he can not grantee pick up date or delivery date & then he can not grantee if driver cancel ?! & price went up also , so that is also not grantee ?! then what exactly the company do.

The most important of all that is his way of communication was EXTREMELY bad on the phone & he was RUDE most of the time.

I guess he gave a low price & my car end up not to be picked in time & so will be delivered late. I cancelled from Magic transport & called different company & have to pay $975 for my car to be picked same day.

I paid extra $275 from what I was planned to pay & have to pay $70 to rent a car at California for each day late delivery & my car will be late 3-4 days. Also I have stuff at my car bag that I'm shipping & need asap which will be late as well.

He called me back & was rude as usual & said not to judge his company business but believe me the service that I had was extremely bad even if he was able to deliver other people in time.

AGAIN NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY.

Sir you did not mention in your review that we provided you with three different prices to move your car, and you chose the least expensive, it was explained to you that the price that you were choosing was the cheapest, so your car was last in line, since there were other cars paying more to drivers. This was all explained to you at the beginning, but you still chose the least expensive way, that usually takes longer to pick up the vehicle. We offered you the additional $100 and you chose to take it. But if you would have accepted it when we offered it to you in the beginning your car would have not taken that long to get picked up. And how can we be responsible if the truck breaks down? Do you blame the stewardess if the plane crashes?
