After shopping for weeks for a company that would help transport my daughter’s car from Cleveland to Vegas I wanted to kill myself. At least 11 different companies called me and 8 out of the 11 were RUDE, unprofessional and gave me the run-around about pricing. The 12th person that contacted me was Max from MIG. Max’s tone in his voice set him apart from the other companies that tried to get my business. Max explained in detail how shipping a car works, and why I was getting so many different prices for the same car and route (Cleveland to Vegas). Max did not try to gain my business, but instead wanted to educate me about the other “SHARKS” in the transporting waters and by doing so Max gained my trust. Max worked with me for 3 months, holding to his word about keeping me abreast about the price. Finally, Max got it done and the car was shipped in the time I needed it done and for the price I wanted. Truly, if Max hadn’t helped me out I would have jumped of a bridge. Max is the man. I am not a person that writes reviews, but I had to do one for MIG because Max saved my sanity. SERIOUSLY!!!!
