A few years ago I shipped my car twice in one year (a matter of months apart). The service and availability of the transporters to answer and return calls was great. I would've liked them to offer a discount since I had shipped my car 3 months apart. I am currently looking to ship again from LA to WA. The only problem is, I don't see where they offer credit card payments which leads me to seek transport elsewhere. They are very reliable, safe and trustworthy and I hate to have to look elsewhere. Great auto transport if you can afford to pay in cash.
