HORRBLE......STAY FAR FAR AWAY!.....LIARS and HUGE SCAM!!!
They failed to pick up on scheduled and agreed upon date or even the following day with no call no show treatment.
After converting my quote into a contract using the link they provided in their quote I received several unexpected Emails from them (even though I had already provided my phone number) requesting information I had already provided to them on my request for a quote on line form.
There was never any indicator from them that they might not meet their agreed upon transport date. However after they failed to provide me with a requested pick up time estimate nor showing up or calling on scheduled date I called them the following day asking why, they then expressed that they was only a broker and had no ability to force the contracted drivers to pick up my vehicle on that date or even the following day even though I had clearly explained to them
I was traveling out of country the following day and that it was vital it be picked up that day (which was a day after agreed upon pick up date). He promised me he would return my call within an hour to let me know the status but never did until the following day in which he called and stated they had a truck available to pick it up on our scheduled date in which it clearly was not as I had clearly told him and others in all of our previous conversations.
I then left them an email message stating how unethical their business was and that I would be doing my best to warn others which is what I am doing here.
U visited this site prior to accepting their bid and saw that there was only a couple of bad reviews and most others were positive. I also visited their YouTube channel and what they state there is clearly not what they do in real life. It is obviously just a sales pitch and lies as that was not my experience with them at all.
I have since received emails from the drivers themselves stating their quote was to low and that none of the drivers would deliver for that price at all even though I had received two other quotes from other brokers slightly higher and others that stated they would beat any quoted prices.
Not only did MAS not fulfill their agreement but they have cost me an enormous amount in extra expenses as I was forced to place my car in expensive storage until I have time to make other very expensive last minute arrangements to deal with their failed commitment. I will be transporting my car myself, not using any other broker as I don't trust any of them now. I have received several other Emails from other companies warning me of these types of problems so who can you trust???
In summary MAS Auto transport broker is somebody I would not even consider to do anything whatsoever for me as they can't be trusted.
The way I see it if a truck can't deliver six to eight vehicles to an adjacent state at $400.00 per vehicle and up which adds up to around $2,400 to $$3,200 a trip minimum something is very wrong. I hear the transporting of cars is an extremely high paying business and now see why as most say they won't do this for $400.00 per vehicle???? Really???? $2,400 is the starting point quote and most are double and more. Apparently they need some more competition as they are surely getting filthy rich off of doing a very basic job that requires no real education. How difficult or expensive can it be to pick up and deliver cars??? A truck and trailer and insurance and you can get very wealthy as I see it for a very basic skill.
