I moved to Hawaii and was very concerned about the shipment of my car. I recieved some quotes online and reviewed them carefully. Some quotes obviously didn't understand the type of transport that I needed. Others were very very expensive. Evergreen, aka M2Reeves, provided a very good quote well within my budget. Still I was very nervous. I called and spoke with Katie on the phone. She seemed exceptionally knowledgable and was very helpful in reassuring me that all would be well. It only tood 2 days from the time that I placed the order until they picked up my car. I was expecting 1-2 weeks. They dropped off the car at the port in Long Beach two days later. Within a week it was on the ship and making its way to me. Katie kept me informed all the way through, which was very reassuring. On one of the last emails, she provided me the shipping tracking number for Matson, which was missing one digit. I called her and immediately was given the missing number and was able to track from there on out. Overall, the schedule was perfect, the service was absolutely outstanding and I can not recommend them high enough. I understand that on occasion things happen that are beyond their control. However, for me on this shipment, everything went better than expected. My wife will be joining me in 6 months and I will definately use Evergreen again. I am comfortable that if anything were to go wrong, they would be equally great to work with.
