mid september i called m2reeves after looking them up on the internet about transporting a truck i just bough ti spoke to kelly and she seemed to be nice and promising she took all the information like pick up and drop off address several phone numbers and other things you would expect but she also asked for a debit card number or account and routing number i wanted to her my credit card number becuase i allways use it im not much of a check person but she told me that it will be an extra 10% so i got her my account and routing number to start processing my order she said that no charge will be maid till the vehicle was was picked up so i took her word for it i believe i waited for a month till they fannally got a truck so got the drivers number and i called and after asking me a couple of questions he decided hes not going to pick my truck up becuase it was inoprative so i called m2reeves again and to speak to kelly but she was not working with them any more to some other employee whos name i dont remember and she assured me that it will be fixed but iwas not going to listen to to sweet empty promises after missed several deadlines to get my truck picked up in the first place by this time they had already charged me for a $216 deposit when i asked for it back she said it would take 30 days to get a check with refund amount in the mail i was angry becuase i never atherized them to charge me and 30 days is not reasonable but there is nothing i could do about it so waited and have nothing so far i tried calling them but i get no anser so i called my bank to despute the charge and comes to find out i cant do nothing about it they set me up and robbed me the bank told me that i cant despute a transaction if i gave them my routing and account number if anybody has some information to help me please call or email me my name is jose my email is josempaz86@gmail.com and my number is 7863402505.
