Stacy was graet when I first contacted the company from the web page. I had made up my mind due to her customer service skills and information that she gave me. When I was notified that a carrier was avavilable, I said yes and contacted my brother who was going to receive the delivery. The company that picked up my bike was not the company (name) that I had contacted. My carrier was sub-contracted out of Denver and the two guys spoke Russian and broken english. They were in a hurry and I was very watchful of my bike being transported. I noticed that the one guy did not know anything about BMW motorcycles and I helped them load my bike on the open trailer. My bike was detailed. I thought it was going in an enclosed trailer like the add in the web page had described. I called Stacy after the trailer had left and left a message. I explained what I thought I was paying for I she explained about the web site. It was a miscommunication on both our parts. The bike got to Nevada on time but the guys were in a hurry again and tried to hurrry my brother into signing the release, it didn't work. My brother checked everything and when he was done he signed the papers. The bike was filthy but intact. My biggest complaint is that this has taken a long time to get to this stage. I have an e-mail thread to Stacy asking about this rebate. I showed great patience and waited until I finally told her that I was writing to the BBB and her company. Now as I look at the fine print on this it says that I had to have this in within 60 days to get the rebate...great job Stacy you my have saved the company $100.00 but you lost a customer forever.
