Average Service, not bad

I had my car shipped out from Connecticut to Washington State (over 3000 miles). They picked my car up quickly and were on their way. The driver was not very good at communicating. He had a very thick Russian accent and it was very hard to understand him. He arrived two days later than the date he told me over the phone, causing me to wait around. However, the car did eventually come nine days later and instead of dropping it off at my new home, as told, I needed to go to a lot to pick it up. I was not too happy about this, but the man ( a different one) met me at the lot on his off work day which was nice. Overall, the car was in one piece, just like it left.

Overall, I would not use this shipping service again based on the my experience with the driver. The dispatcher was very helpful, however, the driver seemed to ignore calls an not keep me updated on my car. It was a long drive though, across the country, so I do understand he was busy, but with that kind of money I am paying, I expect updates throughout the week.

The overall price beat anywhere else, which is a good thing. It was $1053 to transport over 3000 miles. Other shipping companies required at least $1500 for that kind of move. The car was cleaned before shipping out here, but was very dirty once arrived. But, what do you expect, it went through the whole U.S. Honestly, the company is great, just the driver needs to training on how to communicate well with his customers.
