So this is a follow-up from my previous negative review "Dont waste your money on their guaranteed pick up" from 9/3. I got a call from Maria today, one of the supervisors at m2reeves regarding my review, and trying to remedy my bad experience. She went over the case, and did apologize for what I went through. The company took all responsibility for my experience, stating that they had a change in staffing that caused a lot of things to fall through that normally never does.
She explained the guaranteed pick up to be exactly what I thought it should have been, and fixed the issues by saying she would send me a check for the price difference that I paid that I shouldn't have.
She asked me to come on and review the situation now. And HONESTLY, what I went through is unacceptable from a company, but with her explanation, and her "compensation" to bring the price I paid back to what it should have been, I am SATISFIED. I still couldn't rate them with 5 stars, just because I had to go through this before it was solved the way it should have been.
Maria did fix the mistakes that went through with my order, and I really do appreciate her follow through. My car did end up being shipped promptly, and the trucking company that they dispatched it with did great.
