Just happy to have my jeep back

I guess for people who are new to this scene, as I was, the deal is basically reeves acts as a third party between your driver and yourself. I dealt with them entirely over the phone which is nice that people still offer phone support these days, its getting rarer and rarer.

I prepaid an amount of $999 being told that their boss was having a prepay discount of $100 off my full price of $1099 - then upon delivery I was to receive a rebate of $50 making the final price $950 - which was about $50 to $100 cheaper then their colleagues. I didn't find out till this morning that I had to fill out a peer review in order to acquire this sum.

After waiting for about 10 days during my queue with no word at all I phoned them and Katie got back to me stating that they needed a further $150 dollars to ship, I begrudgingly agreed. Car was picked up on the 14th day of my queue, when I was told 7-10 days at an expense of $150 more then anticipated. Car finally delivered late by 2 days for a total of 21 days from first day ready to delivery. All in all all my jeep was here in fine condition (very dirty which is understandable) but at a higher price and a longer time then I was told to expect.

Moving is such a stressful time, there is so much to worry about. I am just happy that I got my jeep in perfect working condition. After all this, my property which shipped a day earlier STILL hasn't arrived and its almost been 30 days - so time to move on and worry about that.
