Scam.
After paying in full the car was never picked up; in my opinion they delayed a pick up beyond 10 days to escalate a hidden clause. In our contract terms and conditions there was no mention of the rate going up after 10 days; however, on their website terms and conditions they state that the rate can rise if not picked up in 10 days.
Additionally, the DO NOT return phone calls like they say they will. Between Katie, Lori, Samantha, or Amanda; not one of them returned a call as they said they would. Katie and Samantha were supposed to be supervisors!
Save yourself the headache, the deceipt, and the complete run around and use a different carrier.

Keith picked our rockbottom rate whereas about 90% of the cars are picked up within 10 days. This option is chosen by those looking for the cheapest, not quickest way to move the vehicle. If the vehicle does not move within the 10 days we call and renegotiate the rate with no obligation to the customer. The customer can cancel and receive a 100% refund of any monies we recieve anytime before the vehicile is picked up. We have no cancellation fees or charges of any kind. We are sorry we could not get the car picked up within the ten days.
