I appreciate M2Reeves's offer of compensation for submitting a review on transportreveiws.com, which indicated that they valued customer's feedback. I shipped my car from Madison, WI to Seattle, WA. The driver, Dan, is friendly, professional and responsible. It took 5 days for transit, as promised. He even washed away the dirt himself before sending it back to me. Also, M2Reeves helped me to find a driver very quickly. However, the customer service of M2Reeves was not very satisfactory. The staff was not very responsive. It took them a long time to return my call, sometimes, not even return my call. I need to hold for a long time when I called. The receptionist was not very friendly. But, generally, M2Reeves provided a pretty good service with a reasonable price. I would recommend to others and use it again
