This is the second time I have use M2Reeves, the first time they took a little longer than they said they would. The second time was much better, they were prompt, on time and delivered my car in only three days. The worst part of the experience was when I didn't recieve a phone call about my deposite because my phone was not working , the next day I received THREATS, "we'll sue you, you'll pay for attorneys, we'll reposess your car, we have a lean on your car, you'll have to fly to Washington to go to court, etc.!" How INCREDIBLY rude!!! I will never use this company again because of how rude Stacy was to me! The service was OK, but the customer service, NO WAY! The inside of my door was also filthy, the truck driver got thick black, oily dirt all over the door handle and door, he could of at least wiped the handle
