Our move with M2reeves exceeded our expectatins from a price point as well as the actual delivery time frame. I have been in the relocation industry for over 30 years and as such had a number of contacts that should have been able to provide us with superior price quotes. The reality is that M2reeves beat our best "friends and family" estimate by over $400.00 dollars and the car was delivered well within the time spread provided. Dorothy was very good to work with and ensured that we had a driver booked immediately, and that there was to be a realistic time frame for delivery. On the down side, we were very concerned about the actual driver selected, as he did not show up as promised for the pick up and argued with us regarding his commitment to deliver the car in the time frame he originally quoted. We knew it was going to be impossible for him to deliver the car within 48 hours of pick-up in Chicago and then deliver it in Tustin,CA when he had other stops in both Arizona and the Los Angeles area before getting to our place. Further, his command of the english language was horrible which made it very difficult to communicate. In the end, the car was delivered well within the spread that M2reeves had quoted. The car was not damaged, so all in all it was certainly a good move from an economic standpoint.
