My experience left has both positive and negative feelings on me. But I would use them again if I need this service. My car was needed to be transfered after a crosscountry roadtip, I had limited time for pick-up and limited time for delivery. Office worked hard to make sure my transportation reservation would be would be in the limited time frame. They could have forced me in to buying guaranteed price instead I paid the "rock bottom" price. That's a sign of good intentions and honesty. However when my trucker was assigned they forgot to call me, and I had to make an inquiry to get their number because there was 24 hours to supposed pick-up. This was the only thing that wasn't smooth about M2Reeves' own service.

The transportation company however was really bad with communication. I was told the driver would contact me, just in case they also gave me the dispatcher number. The day before the pick-up I still didn't received a call, so called the driver and left a voicemail. Nobody called me back, After about 12 hours I called the dispatcher and left a voicemail. By the second voicemail it was Friday evening, my pick-up was supposedly Saturday and M2Reeves office was closed for the weekend. I did feel hopeless, and hoped that my money didn't go to an internet scam. Next day, after dew trials, I finally reached the driver. He told me to call the dispatcher. I called the dispatcher whom answered the phone this time. I was told that my would be picked up that night, but I should wait for the call. That call never came, and voicemails were active again and my theories about internet scam was resurrected. Eventually I reached the dispatcher, told him about my disappointment and learned that my car was going to be picked up the next day afternoon. Previously expecting any possibilities of problems I had already extended my stay in the hotel. So next day that all never came in the afternoon. I called them again, and eventually learned it would be that night. Finally by midnight of the day I was told that my car was going to be picked up my car was gone.

Delivery date was told as July2nd and 3rd, and I would get a call. Of course that call never came. I called them only to learn that because of the holiday it would be on 6th. Of course nobody called me on 6th, after I called them around 10:30 pm, I was told my car could be delivered that early morning or next morning. Eventually my car was delivered in good condition.

I was not happy that I was the person calling to learn about the schedule and changes in plans rather than vice versa. As an English as a second language person myself, I would also like to point out both driver and the dispatcher had severe broken English and I think it did contribute to the communication issues. Driver was very friendly in person and much more easier to communicate with.
