The customer service was excellent. Very patient with me as a customer. I would definately use the service again. Mostly likely I might end up using the service again because I am in the military and constantly moving around the world. This was my first experience having my vehicle in some one else's trust and everything worked out good. I had my vehicle shipped an very far distance, and was returned to me in good condition, basically the same condition that I gave my vehicle in. The price of the transport was very useful for me. My expenses were very high with my moving then finding out at the last minute that I needed to ship my vehicle. I talked to the right person when I called customer care. Katie helped me out alot she gave me all the useful information that I needed. She was very patience with me, being that this was my first time shipping my vehicle and at the last minute, she answered every question that I had and assisted me very good. She retured my phone calls in timely manners.
