Huge booking time and final cost differential

I asked for a quotation on 5/07, and I booked the transportation service by 5/13. I was originally quoted $1070.00. Time passed by and the vehicle was not scheduled to be picked up, and by week 6 I had to approve increase the cost by $350.00 to get my vehicle moved.

I lost 6 weeks waiting for this. If the broker knew it was a matter of money, why was I not quoted properly? I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I am seriously disappointed that I lost all this time. In addition to this, I was charged 10% extra to use Paypal to pay for the broker's fee, when I am aware that Paypal's transaction fee is only 3%.
