I worked with Katie and she was very pleasant and helpful. I dropped my vehicle off at their office as I was driving across the country and didn't realize at first that the pickup time was a window, but this ended up not being a big issue for me. The vehicle arrived in good condition and the driver was easy to work with. Reeves quoted me one of the lower quotes I got and I was a little worried about this at first wondering if there was a reason (ie they cut corners, etc), but I can honestly say that I am happy with Reeves and would definetely recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. I will recieve a $50 rebate for completing this survey, but there was no stipulation regarding my review having to be positive for the rebate to be paid. I will not get the rebate until I complete this review, so I cannot comment positively or negatively about that part of the process yet, but based on my experience so far, I do not forsee any problems.
