I ordered for a car transport from Louisiana, Baton Rouge to Michigan, Rochester Hills. I wanted it quick, before I leave BR so went for 48 Hrs guaranteed pickup. It didn't happen within 48 Hrs but for sure within 60 Hrs. As I understand , the extra 250 bucks are used to entice the transporters to give you the priority. My car got picked up on 8th and was delivered on 12th . I was flying out of BR on 9th.

Stacy was good in communicating all the details and as she managed to get the pickup before I leave I am satisfied. Car reached Michigan as it was loaded in Louisiana with no problems well within estimated time which made me a happy customer.

To all who are looking to transport their vehicle, they must understand that transport brokers have limited control over the whole process. They do the HR and Sales part and I am sure do their best to find a reliable transporter, with time lines based on experience. Once they hook you up with the transporter, you deal with the truck driver only.You can go with high star rated agency in transportreviews.com like M2Reeves or others and with little bit of luck, you will be fine :)
