The car was picked up a day early with only an hour's lead time. I had to clean out some things very quickly and was not able to use the car for moving some things I had planned on moving. With a lot of things to do with moving this was a problem thought not a big one.
I'm aware that traveling cross country in the middle of winter, but I had to repeatedly call to find out when my car was arriving. I was promised one day and it did not arrive. Then I was promised the next day and it arrived that evening. When trying to rent a garage space in New York City, having some reasonable sense when a car is arriving is helpful.
The care arrived absolutely filthy. I could not even see out any window except a bit out of the windshield. I was appalled that someone had driven the car from wherever it was dropped off in that condition. It could have cause an accident.
Having said all that the car arrived unscratched and in good shape.
