confusing situation

We were told 7 day max pick-up. On day we had not heard from anyone. We called 3 times that day to find out if our car was going to be picked up by the 7th day. Dorothy said she would call us back with information 2 times and DID NOT return the call. The 3rd time we called the office was CLOSED. We were moving out of stat and had no other choice but to leave the car with my girlfriend and husband late that night until we could make arrangements for the car. The next afternoon while we were driving with our family in the rain with a moving truck. DOROTHY CALLS AND SAYS GOOD NEWS WE HAVE A DRIVER. I had to call my friend ( at work) and see if she and her husband could connect with the driver on that short notice. But the Rudest thing of all was that while Im driving in the rain trying to make arrangements to get my car shipped. Dorothy who did not return my call the day before was BLOWING up my cellphone for a DEPOSIT, before I was even sure if my girlfriend was going to be able to meet the driver and ship my car. The drivver was courteous and our car arrived safely. When Amy the supervisor found out we were on the road in the rain trying to make arrangements for the car in the rain she told us to just get our family home safe and call when we got home to make payment arrangements when we were safe. The only other thing that bothered me was when I called to find out where to get the survey from the employee told me in order to get my 50 dollar rebate I had to rate them 5 STARS. I told her I thought that was unethical. I am hoping she was confused or something.We will see........................
