Jeep transport problems solved!!

I purchased a Jeep from a dealer in Arizona and needed to transport the vehicle to Virginia. I contacted a transport company, supplied my credit card number for the deposit and was told my vehicle would be picked up on a certain date. I never heard from that transport company with confirmation my vehicle was indeed picked up in Arizona. After contacting the car deale three days after the scheduled pick-up dater, I learned the transport driver had called the dealer to confirm the pick-up, but never showed up. I was furious that neither the transport company nor the transport driver ever contacted me. In addtion, that company refused to return my deposit for services NOT rendered!!!! I had already gone two weeks without a vehicle and had hit rock bottom.

After contacting 10 different transport companies, I found CAA Transport. I spoke to the most delightfull woman named Cassie Swyers. She was honest, understanding and gave me all the information needed for me to understand how the transportation process would work. She even stayed at work longer than her scheduled work hours to confirm our contract! CAA's transport costs were very reasonable and comparable to other transport services. I was given the transport drivers contact information and assured that he was worthy of their 5 star rating. Sure enough, the driver contacted me three times. Once to confirm pick up of the vehicle, a second call to confirm a delivery date, and a third call to let me know they would deliver one day earlier than scheduled! I was, and still am delighted!
