M2 Reeves transports customer cars using a company called Auto Star Transport. The people I dealt with at M2 Reeves seemed unaware of the arrangements being made at Auto Star. I was given several different drivers and several different pick up times by M2 Reeves all of them apparently incorrect. When a driver finally called me to let me know that my car was going to be picked up, M2 Reeves insisted that a different driver was going to pick up the car on a different day. After my car was picked up I had to inform M2 Reeves as they appeared to be clueless about the arrangements. When I contacted M2 Reeves they would tell me they had to check with Auto Star. Then I would have to call again after not hearing back from them only to be told that they could not reach Auto Star. In the end it turned out fine and my car was delivered in a reasonable time, but I couldn't help wondering what I was paying M2 Reeves for since they appeared to be clueless the whole time and were not much assistance in the process.
