I thought that when I first called they were very helpful. I was working with emily and she was very nice. She got me the best deal I can find. I thought 629 was a good deal for shipping my car, not to mention I got a 50 dollar rebate. I told her that my car was able to be picked up by the 13th. They wernt able to find me a carrier until about the 17th. They didnt pick up my car until the 18th. My sister in law was the one handing off the keys. The only thing that I didnt like was the carrier told her he'd be there in one hour and they never showed up. It wasnt until the next day they finally came to pick up my car from her. That really wasnt a big deal though. When they picked up my car they ended up chargeing me an extra 50 dollars because I packed a bunch of stuff in my car. Cloths, home supplys, etc... I guess its understandable? He said it was a wieght issue. So I agreed because I had nowhere else to put all my stuff since I was moving back to Texas for the next 6 months. So the actual deliveray only took about 4 days.. pretty good. The first time I used M2 reeves shipping It only took about 2 or 3 days. I figured It all varies depending on traffic and just the other cars they had to ship. I was pretty saisfied when I finally got my car! It was quick and easy when they arrived. They found my location fairly good and got my car out of the carrier and keys in my hand within 15 minutes and I was off. This is my second time using this shipping company and Im pretty satisfied to use it again. Im almost positive Ill use it again. Its just something I know. Also I recommend using emily or sarah they were both very good! I used sarah to book my texas to california shipping and emily for my california to texas shipping. They are both really good and nice and friendly!
