M2Reeves did fine; we shipped 2 cars with them. There was a short mix-up when we were notified on the first day of the window that the pickup would be that day; same-day turnaround was altogether TOO prompt. We also got the email alert before our M2Reeves agent did, so it wasn't in her system when we called her. This happened again with the other vehicle. No biggie, just a minor frustration. One car arrived with what we thought was a bird splatter on the windshield, but it turned out to be a large (3") splotch of concrete. Removing it scratched up the windshield. Note that this wasn't due to anything from M2Reeves, but I'm just giving a general heads-up. The same car had also picked up a massive shimmy by the time it arrived; we're still figuring it out, and we figure there's no way to prove it was due to the transport so we're SOL on that one. We'd probably use M2Reeves again as long as their prices were still competitive.
