Customer service was good, kept me updated. Have problem with the fact that an extra money has to be paid to be used as rebate, I feel I have to work hard to get my money. Something more encouraging should be done for the survey. This will help with customer satisfaction. The driver should have done a better job of updates , time to pick up and drop the car considering that people are out there at work and at school. Noticed a problem with my car's windshield but too late for I was not the one picking up the car, well. Over, it was a good transaction. Thanks
