Quote was lower than it should have been

I accept M2REEVES LLC based on their quote and 5 Star rating. After I accepted the quote, I received a call from a carrier informing me that the quote was to low for service. I contacted Emily. She related that the quote was fair, give it time. Four days past with no response. I contacted Emily again who agreed to reduce their percentage, increasing the driver's percentage. I also enhanced my part of the bid with a bonus to the carrier. Within hours, my phone began to ring. If you price it right, people will buy.

I withheld one Star for these reasons: 1) They under bid the job, but they did reduce their fee to corret their mistake. 2) I requested top rack and I was offered a carrier's bottom rack. 3) I had to increase my $$. 4) It arrived earlier than my plans allowed. But in the end all worked out well.
