The whole experience with customer service was very pleasant. My only challenge was with the pick up time. My car was to be picked up at Ft. Stewart, GA and dropped off in Minnesota. I was quoted that I would have a pick up time within 3 days. I had to call back 4 times to find out why the car had not been scheduled. Finally, on Sept 23rd Katie adjusted the pick up location to Savannah, GA. Within one hour the car was scheduled to be picked up on Sept 25th. The driver was very prompt. He called Thurs night to confirm and Fri morning to let us know where to meet him. He arrived right on schedule Tues morning as promised.

I would recommend M2Reeves and I will use them again if needed. Thanks
