This was the first time I shipped a car across the states so I was very new at the process, what to expect and how the car and payment was to be handled. She was incredibly patient with multiple questions and my concerns. I called several times both before the pick-up and after and she was courteous, professional, and clearly knew how to advise me. If you are considering shipping a car please call her. She will make the experience worry free and successful. I only wish she worked in some other industries because I know a few that could use a professional customer service person like Amy!
