I spoke with Brenda, customer service person, at M2Reeves who promptly assisted me my order. Car was picked up 3 days after initial pick-up date and delivered 7 days later. Transporter, My Fifth Wheel, delivered car at 11:30 PM at night in downtown Seattle, extremely late however, I wanted my vehicle as soon as possible. Being that delivery was at night, he was able to drop off vehicle in front of my apartment in Belltown. Yuri, my driver, was prompt in responding to my calls when I called him on his cell phone. In fact, I never had difficulty getting in touch with him. Car was initially taken to Spokane depot and then taken to Seattle 2 days later.Overall, happy with Fifth Wheel and definitely with M2Reeves.
