A care less attitude...

There was definitely a "not our problem" attitude when talking to customer service in trying to 1) find out when the carrier was actually going to initially pick up our car and ultimately, 2) when we would actually receive our car. The sales rep informed me repeatedly that I had to take up my concerns with the carrier. I am a firm believer in expecting and receiving good customer service. I went through M2Reeves and expected more of a "give a care" than they were equipped to provide. I'm sure I have forfeited my $50.00 rebate, but as a 16 year veteran of the military, I can assure you that I could not recommend their services to my many peers and subordinates. On a brighter note, Amber was at least thoughtful enough to call me back and contact the carrier on my behalf for "truth" in status. I am glad it is over...
