The staff was very friendly and pretty accessible by email and phone. Their manager also make sure that his/her staff responds to inquiries quickly. They picked up the car later than I wanted but it was within the agreed upon contraints. I was constantly advised with what is going on and that made me feel secure. The transport time was also longer than what I would have wanted. However, given the price that I paid, which is one of the lowest quotes I got, it was still a ppretty good deal. Overall, it was a good experience and I'll use them again for my next move.
