Poor Service

We transported a car to San diego Ca. We called to see where the car was and the transport company could no be located. Then we found out that the car was transfered to another individual. He was asking us how to get to the destination. Once he got there (after several calls from us) he tried to move the car off the truck without taking off the straps until my son yelled to him he finally took the straps off. The driver was very confused and told my son he was mildly mentally challenged. We called Don and he apologied but did not offer any solutions or reimbursement for our time and phone calls

in response to this review I would just like to say that we made several attempts to contact the driver on the customers behalf, and we had no response, since then we have fired that company from ever doing business with us again. We informed the customer of this as well and we apologized to the customer and suggested that they could review the drivers company and hopefully they would get a response from them to help compensate them for their troubles. It seems that this customer is trying to have there cell phone bill paid for by us or the driver, when in fact we are not responsible for their time and phone bills they spent talking to the driver. We kept the customer updated with the drivers contact information and answered all of there questions to the best of our knowledge. We have tried to contact the customer since the cars been shipped to try and please them and still have no response
